Dyslexia Screening
The initial screening is designed to give an indication of which kid is not facing learning difficulties and which kid might be facing learning difficulties with either a low, medium or high probability.

Full Diagnosis
Full diagnosis identifies the type and level of dyslexia. This diagnosis will also provide a clearer picture of someone’s cognitive profile, strengths and weaknesses, and will help ensure that any support provided is as effective as possible.

SMT Program
The SMT Program is a language (re)education method for students of all ages. It is based on the Orton-Billingham methodology, which is a structured and highly organized method for language training.

Every teacher works hard to create a classroom environment that helps all students learn more effectively. Since this is easier said than done, teachers must plan and teach very well; To ensure that students with learning difficulties feel comfortable in the classroom.

A team of specialists evaluates each child in order to develop a program specifically designed to meet the special needs of the child. We believe that each child has a different learning style and pace. Each child is unique, not only capable of learning but also capable of succeeding, thus we help children with learning difficulties become independent young readers and writers. A variety of plans and strategies are presented according to each child’s needs while integrating a lot of practical activities so that learning becomes a fun engagement between tutor and child.
Moreover, our team is trained to teach a Canadian-accredited SMT multisensory training program, in Arabic and English, that is concerned with embedding your child’s senses, emotions, and motor skills to create a holistic approach to supporting their development and overcoming learning difficulties, focusing on creative thinking and exploring their interests and ideas.
After completing the SMT program in Arabic and English, students will receive a certificate as proof they attended and passed the program successfully. The teachers will also receive certificates as proof that they are eligible to deal with dyslexic children In the best possible ways.

My daughter started taking courses at the center about three years ago and I noticed a big difference in pronunciation while reading as well as while writing to the extent that the school teachers called me to attend and when I went, the math teacher asked me who wrote to her in the notebook! because she didn't believe it was her handwriting. I also let her brother joined the center, and his handwriting and pronunciation have been improved to the extent that my children sometimes give feedback about the way I read and pronounce the words, and if I make a mistake, they correct my pronunciation. I am very happy with that.
They enjoy going to the center and get upset when the course is over, i.e. they want more.

I express my special thanks to Miss Hayam, the kind, compassionate and patient, for all her efforts with my son, as she taught him the Arabic language.
Indeed, there is a remarkable development that happened to Hamza; the speed of his reading increased and his self-confidence as well, even if there are long words, he tries to read and pronounce many of them correctly even though they are new to him.
And the best thing is that he doesn’t feel that the course is a burden or pressure on him. Thanks to Miss Tasnim, she is excellent and able to gain the child’s confidence easily.
My son was unable to read, so I let him take the course at the center to solve this problem. Over time, he began to pronounce and read, and started improving from one level to another.
I would like to thank the center and Miss Hayam for her efforts and cooperation with my son.
As for the English, Adam used to write letters reversed and could not read or write in English. He started the English course with Miss Tasnim and began to know the sounds and shapes of letters. With the continuation and progress in the levels, Adam began to read and write in English now and he is able to express himself. His level of progress in studying increased and that enhanced his psychological state and increased his self-confidence.
As for Arabic, Adam did not know how to read or write Arabic well. He started the Arabic course and the improvement was noticed from the first level.
The Arabic teacher in the school is happy with his level and progress in the Arabic language.
The Canadian Center is one of the best centers in Alexandria. Its team works on very important things, which are not only education, but also dealing with each child according to his needs, the modification and rationalization of his behavior, the child's IQ and the way to deal with him, even though my two children are taking courses in the center together, but each one is different from the other.
The center is very excellent, and all those who work in it are excellent as well, and there is a great improvement happened to my son in reading, whether in Arabic or English.
